Periods are literally the worst for weight loss, so here’s some check ins/reminders:
- You will feel bigger
- Your appetite will increase
- You’ll bloat and possibly gain weight
- You’ll feel gross and greasy
- But this will all go away
- Your body will be clean and you’ll lose weight
- Don’t give in or give up, it’ll pass and you’ll be okay
1) Just because it doesn’t happen over night doesn’t mean it’s not happening
2) your fat
3) you can change fat
4) food taste good but you’ll feel terrible
5) every time you eat it affects your body and slows down weight loss
6) you will reach your goal it just takes time
